INTERIOR DESIGN BRIEF
At the initial meeting we discuss the client’s needs, personal tastes, lifestyle, budget and time constrains so that we get a clear view of their hopes and aspirations for the property. We use this information to tailor the interior design to suit the client's needs.
CONCEPT DESIGN
We develop our client’s brief into mood boards, evaluate the space and produce layout options. We also provide furniture and lighting selection together with finishes and fabric samples to present the overall design.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
At this stage the design is refined also floor plans and elevations are detailed and finalised. We prepare technical and finishes schedules for tender purpose and itemise the FF&E budget.A project timetable is defined with a detailed proposed schedule of works.
CONSTRUCTION
We offer a full architectural and project management service. We have teams of architects and builders we regularly work with, however should the client want to work with their own preferred architect or builder, we are very happy to work alongside them.
INSTALLATION
During installation, we ensure attention to detail is at the core of the implementation process. We carry out final snagging to ensure we deliver the best possible result. All of our projects are fully dressed and styled to ensure a seamless handover to our clients.
